Role Summary
Join our team as a Maintenance Associate and become one of the authors of our story.  As part of the Auberge family, you will ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.


Core Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this position are:
  • Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets health, safety and hotel standards
  • Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities
  • Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
  • Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)


Required Qualifications
  • Experience with interior and exterior paint
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Service Passion

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus
