Role Summary
Join our team as a Housekeeper and become one of the authors of our story. As a member of the housekeeping team, you are responsible for providing high-level service for our guests. You will be a motivated, team player and results oriented, committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
Core Responsibilities
- Cleaning of guest rooms including: dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, trash removal and disposal
Ensures that towels and amenities are replenished - Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
- Cleaning of lobby and common areas
- Perform duties as requested by your supervisor
- Respond to guest requests in a courteous and prompt manner
- Follow safe operational procedures in regards to use of chemical materials
- All other job duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping and customer service preferred
Physical Demands
- Must be able to to stand for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 35 pounds
