Food & Beverage Supervisor (Boca Raton, FL)
Our luxury country club in Boca Raton, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations. Our Supervisor will assure the highest standards of service including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, as well as the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities, and will provide supervision and training to staff. The Supervisor will order supplies, implement controls and manage effectively to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained.
Our ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, with strong customer service, communication and organizational skills. JONAS knowledge is a plus. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work 5 – 6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidays and weekends.
Requirements:
- Hospitality degree, preferred
- Previous experience in an upscale restaurant
- Flexible schedule
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal
- JONAS knowledge, preferred
