Pickleball Program Coordinator (Boca Raton, FL)

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking a Pickleball Program Coordinator responsible for assisting our Director with all areas of Pickleball operation. This position is responsible for the training, scheduling, development, and supervision of the Pickleball program and staff. Provide pickleball lessons, clinics, and assist with all club functions. Develop, with the Director of Racquet Sports a comprehensive program for members including competitive and recreational activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Supervise Pickleball staff. Responsible for assisting with the interviewing, scheduling, training, hiring etc. and evaluating of Pickleball staff.
• Provide outstanding service to Woodfield members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Performs a daily walk-through of pickleball facility ensuring safety and cleanliness for all members and guests.
• Ensure administration of pickleball center policies and procedures.
• Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the pickleball facility throughout the day including the covered patio areas, all play areas, and report any problems in this area to the Director of Racquet Sports &/or appropriate area.
• Help ensure members are using the Chelsea system correctly and that all rules and procedures are being followed.
• Maintain knowledge of all programs and rates and disseminates to all staff. When necessary, write incident reports for injuries that may happen on pickleball court by members and/or associates.
• Provide quality customer service and support to the Woodfield Country Club members and their guests making sure their pickleball experience is exemplary.
• Always maintain a professional appearance.
• Be present during peak play periods, i.e., mornings 8:00am – 12:00pm, and several nights. If available, and needed, play with a member as a fourth.
• Responsible for reconciling all Woodfield pickleball events, lessons, clinics, camps, program fees and the proper and timely remittance of such fees to the Club.
• Maintain knowledge of all programs and rates and disseminates to all staff. When necessary, write incident reports for injuries that may happen on pickleball court by members and/or associates.
