Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and hospitality-driven professional. Our Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant will provide an excellent employee onboarding experience and ensure a positive first and last impression to our food & beverage team members. Candidates must be willing to work 40 hours per week and must have the availability to work weekends and holidays as required. This position requires excellent communication and computer skills.

- Creates work schedules and new employee training schedules
- Provides uniforms and assists with monthly uniform inventory and re-ordering.
- Reviews employee time off requests and submits to F&B managers for approval
- Assists with F&B ADP payroll and accounting duties, reviews staff clock times daily
- Updates daily restaurant menus & specials and posts menus online
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferred
- Must have strong organizational and administrative skills
- Must have good understanding of culinary and food & beverage operations
- Excellent communication skills and service presentation
- Must have ability to multi-task
