Floor Technician (Boca Raton, FL)
Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking a full-time PM Floor Technician for our public areas.
*PM Shift Hours: Ranging between 6:30PM - 3:00AM* (5 days a week). Must be able to work Sundays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
- Vacuums and steam cleans carpets.
- Stripping, Waxing, Buffing, and Shampooing the Carpet.
- Reports any FF&E deficiencies to Housekeeper Manager or Clubhouse Manager.
- Completes daily special projects as assigned by Housekeeper Manager.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent service presentation and communication skills
- Outgoing personality and sense of urgency
- Read, write, and speak English, fluently
- Must be able to regularly lift to 50 pounds
- Be able to operate cleaning equipment, as required
- Remain standing and in motion for extended time
- Prior experience in country club or upscale health club, preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
