Preservation Preservation Manager
The Property Preservation Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring vacant properties are secured and maintained to ensure no damage to the property or violations are incurred while vacant. This includes managing recurring tasks like inspections, lawn cuts, snow removal and other seasonal activities.

  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of vacant single-family homes from first onboarding through occupied
  • Initiate, monitor and inspect accuracy of recurring services (inspections, lawn cuts, pool service, etc.) through work completion, invoicing and ensure services terminate upon occupancy
  • Receive and review incoming work orders related to monthly maintenance items such as general repairs, landscaping, winterizations, etc. and contact appropriate resources as needed.
  • Routinely communicate between vendors, internal departments and owners to ensure tickets and work orders are completed timely and vendors are held accountable for their work.
  • Ensure all communication (verbal and written) with vendors, internal stakeholders and owners maintain a professional level of customer service
  • Ensures compliance with all county and local regulations and HOA guidelines
  • Review all vendor invoicing for accuracy prior to submission to accounting for payment
