Job Responsibilities 
  • Manage assets under contract to facilitate a smooth contract to close process on 100+ acquisitions per month
 
  • Review settlement statements for accuracy
 
  • Ensure timely and accurate record keeping in proprietary technology system
 
  • Coordinate inspections within contractual due diligence periods
 
  • Maintain and organize Real Estate Contract, Closing, and Title Documents
 
  • Work closely with RESICAP’s internal Investment Analyst and Inspection Teams & external Real Estate Agents, Closing Attorneys, and Wholesalers
 
  • Ensure timely delivery of Earnest Money and Closing Wires and track Earnest Money refunds on terminated contracts



Job Requirements (including Education)
 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
 
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Real Estate Agent or Transaction/Listing Coordinator
 
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal real estate laws, customs, and practices
 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with a high emphasis on excel literacy
 
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous competing priorities
