Join Peachtree Dumpsters, one of the fastest-growing waste management companies in Atlanta!  The team is seeking an Account Development Representative to help quickly and effectively implement and grow waste management operations in Atlanta and other markets throughout the country.  The new unit’s services will focus on dumpster rental and waste disposal, as well as trash-out services. Our goal is to provide best-in-class waste management services by providing timely and cost-effective disposal services through the use of state-of-the art technology and accountable, directly-employed supervision.  

Peachtree Dumpsters is the waste management division of RESICAP and its newest unit. RESICAP is a veteran, leader, and innovator in the institutional single-family rental industry.  We are headquartered in Atlanta, GA with over 800 employees and operations throughout the United States.  Our mission is to add value to single-family assets and communities through strategic valuation, acquisition, construction, and property management services.  In 2018 & 2019, we received Atlanta Top Workplace awards from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.


To assist account executive to search for leads, to cold call & search for new business, & manage pipeline of client database. Maintaining client relationship for longevity and good customer service. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Finding new business through research, networking, & cold calling

  • Have thorough knowledge of the product & market conditions

  • Responsible for meeting specific sales volumes & profit margin goals

  • Provide input for new/innovative marketing ads/campaigns

  • Grow our clientele by demonstrating excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to answer customers’ questions regarding product & prices

  • Work effectively with others in a team based environment

  • Pass hot/warm leads to the account executive to cultivate business relationships. 

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties when needed 

Job Requirements (including Education)

  • Bachelor's degree required; from an accredited university

  • 1-2 years of sales experience

  • Excellent communication & organization skills

  • Keep a positive attitude and persevere through setbacks 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Must be able to adapt to changes in business needs 

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
