Let Us Claim Consultants Insurance Inc is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and contribute to daily business operations across departments including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Office Administration. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Must pass the 620 license exam in 6 days. 
    Provide direct administrative support to the CEO including calendar management, meeting coordination, internal communications, and travel arrangements.

  • Organize and prepare reports, meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, vendors, partners, and key clients.

Sales and Client Service Coordination
  • Track client service metrics and assist with preparing performance dashboards and sales pipeline updates.

  • Support client intake, assignment, and tracking processes across active claim files.

  • Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with high-priority accounts as directed by the CEO.

Marketing and Office Administration
  • Support marketing efforts, including coordination of email campaigns, event prep, and tracking outreach metrics.

  • Assist with organizing team meetings, vendor relationships, and office operations as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business or personnel matters.

Cross-Departmental Support
  • Help align priorities between departments and maintain task accountability through shared project trackers.

  • Assist in onboarding, scheduling, and internal communications to support office efficiency and team culture.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.

  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools).

  • Experience in insurance, legal, or consulting fields is a plus.

  • Strong commitment to client service and company mission.


ADA Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

  • Must be able to use standard office equipment including computers, printers, and phones.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

  • Ability to travel locally for meetings or events when required.

Compensation
  • Starting at $40,000, with increases based on qualifications and experience.
