Engine Machining Team Lead (Springfield MO)
Team Lead in the Engine Machining area will be responsible for ensuring that operators 1st priority is safety. Will also be responsible for making sure that quality components are being delivered to our customers. Ensuring that the operators have everything that they need to be successful and keeping track of departmental KPIs. Will take the lead on continuous improvement projects including our departments 5S journey along with leading weekly LDM meetings. Will perform random quality checks on a daily basis. Will also help with problems being encountered within the machine shop along with problems being experienced by the engine assembly line. Machining background is preferred

Production Technician I - Driveline Disassembler (Springfield MO)
As the driveline disassembler you will perform routine and non-routine production duties by following written processes and control plans to clean, disassemble, and inspect parts for driveline. Must work with the safety department to ensure all local, state and federal regulatory agencies requirements are met, OSHA 1910, NFPA, DNR. Must work with the quality department to ensure all quality standards are met.

As the engine assembler you will use engine kits to assemble purchased, remanufactured and fabricated parts, to produce a variety of engines crafted to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Must work with the quality department to ensure all quality standards are met.
Reclassification and Distribution Associate (Springfield MO)
As the reclass technician you will unpack and inspect new products to ensure they meet the company quality standard. You will use work instructions and bill of material (BOM) to determine packing requirements, then pack the products and prepare them to be shipped.
