Receptionist Duties
 
  • Operates the agency telephone system to relay incoming, outgoing and intra-system calls. 
  • Responsible for greeting and routing visitors to appropriate locale after ensuring the security protocol is followed, keeping a log of visitors and issuing visitor passes.  Ensures that all visitors sign out when they leave.
  • Responsible for announcing van runs both morning and afternoon. 

Transportation Support
 
  • Responsible for vehicle keys and scheduling of vehicles for the day/week.
  • Responsible for retrieving and taking messages on the schedules for independent placement consumers and relaying that information to the appropriate driver.
  • Works with Director of Day Services Options, Director of Employment Services and Transportation Manager for updating daily transportation routes and notifying drivers of any changes or consumer call-outs.
  • Responsible for distribution of Transportation Consumer Attendance Sheets for each van run.
  • Responsible for distribution of vehicle sheets at the beginning of each month.
Office and Program Support
  • Responsible for inputting ISE consumer paystubs of work hours into the WebResDay Attendance monthly tracking sheet. 
  • Responsible for inputting transportation usage into Therap.
  • Responsible for running utilization reports of day and residential programs and accurately completing the monthly WebResDay Attendance of all consumers required by DDS for Agency to be paid.
  • Responsible for inputting information from Community Supports programs into WebResDay.
  • During inclement weather, assists Employment program in contacting independent placement consumers if transportation is cancelled. 
  • Responsible for distribution of Residential and Independent Supports Staff paychecks bi-weekly.
  • Responsible for updating Cell Phone list when needed.
  • Assists with typing, collating, sorting mail, etc. as required.
  • Responsible for reading and becoming familiar with Staff Personnel Handbook and all other related ARC Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications
 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  •  Ability to work productively interdepartmentally.
  • Computer familiarity, light typing, ability to follow directions, demonstrable accuracy in clerical duties, and ability to work in a team atmosphere.

Salary

$18 an hour.
