A Product Manager Sr. participates in product innovation, keeps the product suite competitive to market, customer, and compliance needs, and stays current with technology trends.  This position is highly collaborative, engaging multiple levels and departments within ARGO.  The Product Manger Sr. works with user groups on identification of future opportunities and contributes to requirements and quality control segments of the software manufacturing process.  Product Manager Sr. is an expert level position that can work independently managing existing products and product-related projects of moderate complexity.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Position requires experience with:
    • Five (5) years of successful product leadership of Branch/Digital Experience for business and consumer.
    • Ten (10) years management experience within Line of Business
    • Demonstrated success leading new and successful software systems into the market.
    • Business and/or consumer account opening - inclusive of compliance requirements
    • Business and/or consumer onboarding
    • Business and/or consumer engagement
    • Business and/or consumer digital banking - inclusive of best practices
    • Real time Funding and other funding methods
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Science or related field is required for the position
  • A  Master’s degree in a business or technology-related field is desirable.
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The candidate will work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Richardson, Texas.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit stationary; use hands/fingers to constantly operate computer keyboarding and office equipment; talk or hear, to communicate with employees, customers, visitors, and guests (must be able to exchange accurate information in various situations).  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
