- Experience selling to National, Super Regional, Regional, and Community Banks
- Comprehensive knowledge of Deposit Fraud, In-clearing, ATM, and ACH Fraud, Fedwire/Real-Time Payments processes.
- Experience selling Treasury Management solutions such as Positive Pay, Payee Positive Pay, a plus.
- In depth understanding of AML/CTR monitoring solutions is considered, a plus.
- History of successfully selling into new logos.
- Deep understanding in fraud detection methods (i.e. machine learning / automated decisioning), payments, and related analytics.
- Software sales experience, selling into top 150 US Financial Institutions.
- Proven success in with average sales of $250K – 2MM.
- Ability to sell collaboratively and value-based sales.
- Requires up to 30% travel.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Travel up to 30%

Job duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Primary success will be the strategic positioning and development of business in named accounts.
- Drive significant revenue growth by using general business acumen to uncover prospect business needs and identify opportunities for Argo solutions to accelerate the achievement of their business goals.
- Facilitate internal resources for the preparation and delivery of new business presentations.
- Create and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations to connect Argo solutions to strategic drivers.
- Create and implement detailed account strategies within defined service vertical.
- Stay current on industry trends and personnel moves among prospect organizations.
- Conduct business solution product presentation and demonstrations for customers and prospects.
- Identify product expansion opportunities for assigned verticals and coordinate with Argo Innovation & Product Development groups.
- Coordinate responses to prospect and customer RFP’s and RFI’s.
- Demonstrate understanding of Argo’s value chain CRP3 (Customer Relationships & Satisfaction, Revenue Expansion, People Management & Development, Process Improvement, and Product Innovation) through actions and accomplishments.
Compensation
Compensation will be a base plus incentive/commission model.
