St. Patrick – St Hedwig Catholic Parish in South Bend, IN is seeking a Business Manager who is tenacious and detail-oriented. The Business Manager will oversee the financial and administrative operations of our parish. This role is vital to ensure the efficient management of parish resources and compliance with Diocesan guidelines while supporting the mission of our community.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a
related field preferred.
. Five years of accounting experience - nonprofit a plus
. Proficient in Quick Books software
. General ledger account analysis and reconciliations
. Accounts payable
. Renewals of state or city licenses
. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficiency in Excel and Word
. Payroll submission
