Music Teacher

Corpus Christi School is in search of a Music Teacher for Preschool - 8th Grade. The ideal candidate will be faith-filled and dedicated to providing quality instruction for students by integrating the mission of the Diocese and Corpus Christi in all planning, teaching, and classroom activities

Job Responsibilities Include:
Develop and teach music curriculum according to state and school standards
Plan and direct student's performances
Organize and maintain a clean and safe music classroom
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
Collaborate with other teachers and staff mentors
Create and lead School Choir at Mass

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music Education or a related field preferred
Experience teaching music to children in an elementary or similar setting preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and instructional skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to learn and practice music
