St. Jude Catholic School seeks to hire part time a resource aide for the 2025-26 school year.

The ideal candidate should:

Possess strong interpersonal skills.
Develop positive working relationships with teachers, students, administrators, and parents.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication to the work of the classroom expected of all teachers.
Be patient and caring with students of all learning styles and abilities.
Model the Catholic Faith through their example and Christian living.
View each student as a unique individual created by God and placed in our care to love, nurture and educate, helping them discover and develop their unique gifts and talents.
Possess the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in the high energy environment of an elementary classroom on a daily basis.

Daily duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Reinforcing lessons presented by the teacher, through guided practice with students, one-on-one or in small groups.
Creating lessons and interventions for students performing below grade level.
