The aide works closely with the teacher to ensure student safety and success. Duties include supervising children, supporting children with learning tasks, and assisting with lunch and recess supervision. Qualifications include a positive attitude, a pleasant and nurturing demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
