Job Title: Program Analyst III
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Program Analyst III
to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon
contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Provide program analysis, procurement, cost estimates, budgeting, and data gathering.
• Perform analyses of data, and contributes to the evaluation, analysis, and development of
recommended solutions.
• Follow reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical
techniques, and system evaluation methodology.
• Develop, implement, and maintain program documentation and technical reports, conduct
assessments, and communicate results.
• Contribute to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.
• Monitor program progress and customer expectations.
• Provide periodic status reports as needed.
• Facilitate efficient communication and program support between the client and external
agencies.
• Prepare program correspondence as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Effective proofing and quality assurance capabilities to include excellent spelling and
grammar and familiarity with military correspondence and competency-specific
document formats/templates.
• Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to produce documents with minimal errors.
• Excellent capability with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
SharePoint.
• Able to work within multi-functional teams.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, English, or related field. Relevant military experience
acceptable in lieu of education.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Program Analyst.
