Job Title: Financial Analyst IV
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst IV to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Perform complex financial analysis and consult with multiple levels of personnel.
• Lead and provide support in the following competencies: financial and business management, budget and finance policy and operations, cost and economic analysis, strategic analysis, and applicable disciplines.
• Recommend cost-effective strategies to meet program, project and financial planning objectives.
• Conduct financial transaction reconciliation and oversee submission of weekly financial status reports.
• Verify the accuracy of accounting data within the business and financial systems.
• Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of logs and spreadsheets.
• Draft and submit responses to financial action items on assigned programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Resolve complex financial, accounting, and budget problems.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.
• Strong computer skills to operate effectively with organizational systems and programs; knowledge of SAP, SQL, EPM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must possess advanced MS Excel skills including linking and embedding multiple spreadsheets, developing, and manipulating pivot tables, and creating and editing macros.
• Experience in using DAI/SMARTS.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. Military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance.
