Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Data Manager to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all data-related activities.
• Develop processes, procedures and tools to gather, maintain, and provide monthly and cumulative tracking of financial data.
• Proactively review, reconcile, and provide process improvement recommendations for data tracking and manipulation.
Required Experience:
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Data Manager.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Understand and be able to practically apply the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act (DATA) of 2014.
• Have a working knowledge of Office of the Undersecretary of Defense, Comptroller (OUSD[C]) Advanced Analytics (Advana) Tool.
• Ability to analyze and prepare documentation.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Ability to obtain, analyze, and evaluate complex textual and/or quantitative data in order to make comparisons among alternatives or to make recommendations for corrections or improvements in processes, operations or policies.
• Have knowledge about Department of Defense (DoD) policies and directives.
• Strong analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in data sciences or at least 7 years of professional experience as a Data Manager in lieu of a degree.
