Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Program Manager to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Interface with customer management including the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) serving as the point of contact.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract activities.
• Resolve all quality, timeliness, and accuracy issues with contractor and subcontractor work and performance.
Required Experience:
• Defense Acquisition University (DAU): Program Management Level 1 Equivalent or Project Management Professional (PMP) required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to analyze and prepare documentation.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Able to obtain, analyze, and evaluate complex textual and/or quantitative information in order to make comparisons among alternatives or to make recommendations for corrections or improvements in processes, operation or policies.
• Must have knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) policies, and directives.
• Must have ability to analyze and prepare documentation and possess the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Strong analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have demonstrated ability to present material to senior government and industry executives.
• Ability to supervise and develop others and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong people, leadership, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience as a Program Manager or at least 7 years of professional experience as a Program Manager in lieu of degree.
• DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
