Job Title: Sustainment Lead/Data Architect
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Sustainment Lead/Data Architect to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Responsible for the design and architecture of any sustainment configuration needs determined and prioritized by the Product Owner and Integrated Product Team.
• Ensure customer understands the data available, data required for the business operations, and that the customer’s automation component is using the correct data from the correct source to digitize the business operations.
• Develop training curriculum and materials for the transformed and newly developed enhancements to business operations, plan the training implementation, perform training in in-person, virtual and hybrid environments, and perform other life cycle support for the transformed business operations.
• Coordinate with the customer’s enterprise resources on the data needs of the customer from external sources so interfaces can be developed, master data published, and data exposed for use by the customer.
• Model and define, as required, the data requirements of the business operations across data domains (master, reference, transaction, analytic) in a way defined by the customer’s Chief Business Architect.
• Provide support to the Chief Business Architect to identify and define changes and extensions to the Defense Business Enterprise Architecture logical data model.
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with data modeling with SQL, JavaScript (e.g., data context file for an application), and UML.
• Prior experience with risk management and internal controls.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Strong analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline. Relevant military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Pega Certified Data Scientist certification
• Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (PCSSA)
