Job Title: Manpower, Personnel and Training Analyst II

Location: Stafford, VA

Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Manpower,
Personnel and Training Analyst II to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Provide analytical, technical, and administrative support for strategic assessments.
• Develop a standardized and repeatable process for review, data collection and analysis of
current and future requirements and implementation of results.
• Prepare Manpower, Personnel and Training Analysis documentation, reports, and
briefings.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively within a team.
• Must be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. Military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
