Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Apply best industry practices and standards, leading-edge technology, and innovative solutions to difficult problems.
• Define key concepts for planning, deployment, integration, operation and/or enhancement of state-of-the-art and/or legacy systems.
• Develop and apply highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts.
• Employ methodologies for guiding others in problem resolution.
• Develop and/or review study plans and monitors/reports project status.
• Resolve problems, manage, lead, and advise staff members in order to meet established objectives.
• Develop insightful solutions to meet fiscal, technological and schedule constraints.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to synthesize information and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Must be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to function independently.
• Possess unique experience, skills, and expert knowledge in highly specialized technical, functional, and /or process areas within the related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. Military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience.
