- Develop, design, and maintain scalable software applications using Angular, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
- Lead and actively contribute to hands-on coding efforts, including architecture, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Manage and mentor a team of Software Engineers, assigning work, tracking progress, and ensuring accurate project estimations.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, coordinating with QA, documentation, performance/scalability, and project management stakeholders.
- Ensure development efforts meet or exceed customer and business requirements.
- Promote and enforce software development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Design and implement REST API integrations and oversee system integrations across platforms.
- Administer and configure SQL environments to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
- Select, implement, and maintain appropriate software development tools and environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or related field required
- 5+ years related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Angular and VS Code development environments
- Advanced experience with C# and .NET frameworks
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with SQL administration, configuration, and optimization
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
PREFERRED/PLUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft Business Central (BC 365) integration experience
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web applications
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on in development
- Strong project planning, estimation, and design/implementation skills
- Experience managing multiple development initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- The use of a computer and phone – Must be able to see, type, write, finger, grasp, and sit; must be able to use a mobile phone
- Communicating with internal and external customers – must be able to talk, hear, see, and comprehend.
- Mobility of arms – Must be able to reach and use arms to manipulate small objects.
- Mobility inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machines, and supplies – must be able to move about the office space, stand for extended period of time, reach, bend, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
