Part-Time Self Storage Associate (Marin Mini Storage)

• Helping customers in-person and over the phone with questions and rentals.
• Showing available storage units (some walking and stairs involved).
• Keeping the office clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Processing payments and assisting with simple banking tasks.
• Helping tenants resolve issues like overdue accounts or concerns.
• Making sure units are ready for the next customer.
• Learning about and sharing our products and services.
• Pitching in with other tasks when needed.

• Someone with a friendly, approachable demeanor who enjoys meeting new people.
• Great verbal communication skills - whether in person or over the phone.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping things on track.
• Basic computer skills (we’ll provide training for anything specific).
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to walk, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
• Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish!
