As our Food Operations & Restaurant Lead, you’ll help scale this impact by coordinating food access programs that nourish bodies and inspire change.

Location: Hybrid Remote (Preferred: Atlanta, Chicago, NY, Detroit, Nashville, New Orleans, DC, Philadelphia, Minneapolis)
Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000

As our Food Operations & Restaurant Lead, you’ll help scale this impact by coordinating food access programs that nourish bodies and inspire change.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure delivery of plant-based meals and pantry items across 11 anchor cities
- Coordinate logistics and operations across all cities, including restaurant meal purchasing and coordination of food drives, farmers markets, pop-up community kitchens, and major distribution events.
- Manage storage and transportation needs across cities
- Ensure accurate, timely tracking of all food deliveries through S+F’s ERP system (Google Sheets-based).
- Manage relationships with restaurant partners to expand and strengthen our partner network.
- Coordinate rapid-response food support during climate-related emergencies.
- Drive data collection and support compelling storytelling and content for social platforms and donor communications.
