As the warranty supervisor, you will manage and monitor warranty processes, claims, and daily warranty operations. Your key focuses will be safety, quality, and customer satisfaction with warranty service. You will analyze warranty claims and data to determine their validity and collaborate with cross functional teams to communicate issues and implement corrections. Must work with the safety department to ensure all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies requirements are met, OSHA 1910, NFPA, DNR. Must work with the quality department to ensure all quality standards are met.

- Lead a team of warranty technicians and administrators and provide direction and guidance to ensure work is performed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop a working knowledge of CNH Reman products to support troubleshooting, analysis, and repair activities.
- Investigate and resolve warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop relationships with external stakeholders including dealer network.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on warranty performance and initiatives.
- Manage warranty claims, including analysis and repairs, and ensure compliance with warranty policies.
- Ensure proper documentation of warranty requests and analysis results.
- Investigate warranty status issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage warranty databases and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and conduct root cause analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and support projects to improve product quality and continuously drive warranty cost down.
- Monitor workloads of your team and allocate resources to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal customers to enhance operational support and responsiveness.
- Ability to train and develop/mentor junior team members.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all departments and levels of the organization.
- Work with minimal oversight
- Operate measuring instruments, borescope, camera, computer, copy machine, and telephone.
- Support 5S initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned to achieve department and business KPI goals.
- High School Diploma or HiSet (Formerly GED)
- 5+ years of on-the-job experience in warranty, quality or engineering role
- 2+ years of experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Globally Harmonized System (GHS) labels, Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Possess basic PC skills, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must wear all personal protective equipment PPE, and be able to work in hearing conservation areas as needed
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, stooping, twist, reach, reach overhead.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift 0-20 lbs. frequently, and 21-30 lbs. occasionally.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field
- Experience with warranty and customer service
