Internship - Product Engineering (Springfield MO)
Summer 2025 Internship for Engineering Students. Looking for Junior or Senior students.
Project Objectives:
Interns will be tasked to create and modify production work instructions, bill of materials, and perform time studies to increase efficiencies and throughput. Data Collection and Analysis will be performed to determine root causes and identify areas of opportunities for improvements (cost savings)
Major Tasks:
All Interns will present a PowerPoint presentation on what they have learned through their summer internship program. All presentations will be given in a group setting to Management, Directors, Co-Workers, General Manager and fellow interns in August.
Working with a team of 20+ engineers, our Engineering Interns work on real life manufacturing projects that have a financial impact for the company. Projects are focused in areas such as process improvement and product development. The Intern coordinates and assists with planning, organization, integration, reporting and completion of the project within the area of assigned responsibility.
Our internships apply the mechanical knowledge learned in the classroom to real-world situations. Exposing candidates to engineering processes and advanced technology. The hands-on approach allows our Interns the ability to see the outcome of their work, and adjust their work as needed to be able to produce the desired outcomes.

- Part ID improvements (Partium Implementation)
- Using CNH Reman Engineering standards to update bill of materials, work instructions, and control plans for desired product lines
