Full Time Live-in or Live-out Nanny/House Manager – Flandreau, SD
Start Date: January 2026
Compensation: $28-$32 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, primarily afternoons and evenings, with 2–3 overnights per week
Language Preference: Spanish speaking preferred

Overview:
A loving and organized family in Flandreau, SD is seeking a warm, experienced, and dedicated live-in nanny/house manager to join them as they welcome their first child in late October. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a family from the newborn stage onward, offering a long-term, full-time role focused primarily on childcare, with light household support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing full-time, attentive care for a newborn
- Supporting nighttime and early morning care during the mother’s 3-month maternity leave
- Transitioning to daytime care when the mother returns to remote work
- Light housekeeping tasks (e.g., family laundry, dishes, tidying common areas)
- Light meal preparation
- Running occasional errands
- Providing care for a sweet 12-year-old dog, primarily during family travel
- Traveling with the family as needed
Qualifications:
- Experienced in infant care and comfortable with a flexible schedule
- Spanish speaking preferred (but not required)
- Trustworthy, proactive, and nurturing
- Able to commit long-term and grow with the family
- Comfortable with pets
- Willing and able to travel
- Holds CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Vaccination Required (COVID & Tdap)
- Provide 3-5 professional references
- Must have US work authorization
