Full-Time Nanny/Household Manager – Woodstock, VT

Start Date: August 15, 2025 (sooner for the right candidate)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (guaranteed 40 hours/week)
Children: Two girls, ages 4 and 2
Pay: $30/hour

Family Overview:

This warm, engaged family is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to support their two young daughters. One child will be in daycare, and the other will attend a different program. The family is hands-on with their children but needs consistent, reliable support, especially during the weeks when the father travels for work (every 4th week), during which the nanny will begin earlier (7:00 AM start).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily care of children
  • Pick-up and drop-off at daycare and activities (must have a valid driver’s license)
  • Prepare lunches and dinners for the children
  • Light tidying related to the children
  • Assist with children’s laundry
  • Provide a loving, safe, and structured environment
  • Grocery shopping
  • Scheduling household vendors and appointments
  • Light household organization and laundry
  • Helping “keep the home afloat”
  • Coordination with the housekeeper (who comes 2x/week)

Qualifications:

  • Confident, professional, proactive, and capable of working independently
