Full-Time Nanny Needed – Downtown NYC (Greenwich, CT in 2026)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: July 10, 2025
Compensation: $30–$35/hour
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 3–5 personal/sick days, all major holidays off

A professional family in downtown New York City is seeking a full-time, live-out nanny to care for their 4-month-old daughter. This is a long-term position with plans to relocate to Greenwich, CT by mid-to-late summer of next year. Looking for someone nurturing, dependable, and experienced with infants and developmental needs.

The family lives in a walkable area near public transportation (5–10 minutes away). Parking is not available.

Duties include:

  • Sole care of the baby throughout the day
  • Feeding (baby is breastfed but also takes a bottle)
  • Cleaning bottles
  • Baby's laundry
  • Keeping play areas tidy
  • Reading, singing, and age-appropriate developmental activities
  • Maintaining a consistent schedule (naps, feeding, diapering)

Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Previous nanny or family assistant experience
  • Ability to provide 3–5 professional references
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
  • Up-to-date vaccinations
  • Must have US work authorization
