About the Role

The housekeeper will be responsible for the general maintenance of a 6,000 sq. ft. home, with special attention to high-traffic areas including the kitchen, nursery, and family living spaces. Responsibilities include laundry care (including delicate baby items), ironing, linen changes, and rotating deep cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and comfortable working around children and dogs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all rooms, especially the kitchen, nursery, and common areas

• Manage laundry for the household, including folding, ironing, and proper care for baby clothing and linens

• Make and change beds regularly, including full linen changes

• Perform deep cleaning tasks on a rotating basis

• Keep household supplies organized and stocked

Qualifications

• Verifiable experience in a similar role within a private household

• Minimum of 3–5 professional references

• Comfortable working in homes with infants, toddlers, and pets

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

• Ability to uphold discretion and confidentiality (NDA required)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Pet-friendly (must be comfortable with dogs)

Schedule

• Part-time: 3 days per week

• Flexible schedule between Monday–Friday

• Hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Guaranteed 20 hours per week

Compensation

• $30–$35 per hour, based on experience

• Private parking available on-site

• Long-term commitment preferred
