Full Time RBT Caregiver

About the Family:
An active, warm, and welcoming family in Jupiter seeking a compassionate and energetic full-time caregiver. They’re looking for someone who can keep up with their energy, work well as part of a small team, and become a valued, long-term member of their household.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2 PM–8 PM (Flexible on weekends)
Compensation: $30–$35/hour + $500 monthly stipend
Start Date: ASAP

Location: Jupiter, Florida

Responsibilities:

  • Provide afternoon and evening childcare with consistency and reliability.

  • Support daily routines, mealtime assistance, and engaging developmental play.

  • Participate in outdoor and water activities

  • Communicate effectively with parents and support staff.

  • Manage transitions calmly and maintain structure in daily routines.

  • Light household help related to the child’s care

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children, preferably with special needs, ABA, or has a RBT certification

  • Must be 18 years of age too apply

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S

  • Must have a valid drivers license

  • CPR/First Aid Certified

  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs.

  • Patient, flexible, and upbeat personality.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Comfortable working alongside other caregivers
