Full-Time Evening Nanny

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Location: Miami
Start Date: December 1
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour

About the Family:
We are a loving [first-time parents/growing family] seeking a nurturing, experienced, and reliable nanny to care for our newborn in the evenings. We value a calm, patient, and organized professional who genuinely enjoys supporting infants’ early development in a warm, structured environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for the newborn.

• Establish and maintain consistent feeding, napping, and bedtime routines.

• Prepare bottles, feed the baby, and sterilize feeding equipment.

• Change diapers, bathe, and dress the baby daily.

• Monitor developmental milestones and engage the baby with age-appropriate sensory and play activities.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe nursery and living space.

• Handle baby laundry and basic household tidying related to the child (e.g., bottles, toys, baby linens).

• Communicate daily with parents about the baby’s routine, mood, and progress.

• Occasionally assist with light family household tasks (as agreed upon).

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Minimum 2 years of experience caring for newborns.

• Strong knowledge of newborn care, safety, and early childhood development.

• CPR and infant first aid certified (or willing to obtain).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to follow routines and instructions.

• Able to provide 3–5 professional references.
