Full-Time Nanny (18-Month-Old)

Position: Full-Time Nanny
Schedule:Monday- Friday : 8:30-4:30
Location: In-home
Child: One child, 18 months old

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced full-time nanny to care for our 18-month-old child. The ideal candidate is attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about toddler development, with a strong focus on safety, routine, and age-appropriate learning through play.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide loving, attentive care to an 18-month-old toddler

• Ensure the child’s safety at all times

• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that support development (reading, music, outdoor play, sensory activities, etc.)

• Support developmental milestones such as language development, motor skills, and social interaction

• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for the child

• Follow and maintain daily routines (meals, naps, playtime)

• Diapering, potty-training support when appropriate, and maintaining hygiene

• Light child-related housekeeping (cleaning toys, child’s dishes, laundry, tidying play areas)

• Take the child on walks or outings (parks, classes, etc., if approved by parents)

• Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s day, progress, and any concerns

Qualifications

• Prior experience caring for toddlers (18 months–2 years preferred)

• Knowledge of early childhood development

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to follow parental preferences and routines

• Positive, patient, and energetic demeanor

• Early childhood education background

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Experience with sleep schedules and toddler transitions

Compensation & Benefits

• 30-35 per hour

• 200 Health Care Stipend

• Paid holidays and/or paid time off
