Full-Time infant Nanny (1 month old twins)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (guaranteed 45 hours)
Start Date: Late April–Mid May 2026
Location: Swampscott, Ma
Compensation: $30–$35/hour
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 3–5 paid sick/personal days, Major holidays off and paid
Transportation: Nanny car provided during working hours; parking available

About the Role:

We are seeking a mature, career nanny to join our family long-term and provide loving, attentive care for our twin infants. Our ideal candidate is dependable, highly experienced and proactive in engaging children through age-appropriate, Montessori-inspired activities to encourage development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, high-quality care for twin infants (feeding, diapering, naps, playtime)

• Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities using Montessori principles

• Prepare bottles and meals for the babies

• Manage babies’ laundry and maintain cleanliness in their spaces (nursery, playroom)

• Safely transport children in the provided nanny car, as needed

Qualifications:

• Extensive infant care experience (twin or multiples experience strongly preferred)

• CPR & First Aid certified

• Up-to-date on MMR, Flu, and TDAP vaccinations

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable with dogs (family has a friendly 9-year-old lab)

• Dependable, self-sufficient, and skilled at working independently without constant direction
