Part-Time Nanny / Mother’s Helper

A warm, hands-on family in Lithonia, GA is seeking a part-time Mother’s Helper/Nanny to support a work-from-home mom with her two young boys (ages 3.5 years and 18 months). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside a parent, supporting daily routines, and helping keep the household running smoothly without taking over.

Mom is very involved day-to-day, and the family is looking for a calm, proactive, and mature caregiver who can follow her lead, provide consistent support, and become a trusted part of their home.

Compensation:
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Start Date:
Mid-to-late March

Schedule:
Part-time, Monday–Friday
Hours may vary and can include:
• 6:00 AM–9:00 AM (with flexibility to extend to 10:00 AM as needed)
• 11:00 AM–3:00 PM

Occasional evening help: 8:30 PM–midnight (with advance notice)

Responsibilities:
• Assisting mom with childcare while she is home and working
• Engaging children in play and age-appropriate educational activities
• Helping with simple meals and snacks for the children
• Light household support related to the children (children’s laundry, tidying play areas)
• Light organization support (pantry items, children’s essentials such as diapers and snacks)
• Supporting daily routines and smooth transitions throughout the day

(No driving required as part of the role)

Requirements:
• 3–5 professional childcare references
• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Comfortable swimming with children
• Comfortable working in routine-based household
• Willingness to sign an NDA

Bilingual is a plus.
