Live-In Nanny Position

  • Monday – Friday

  • 40 hours per week

  • $30 per hour

  • Live-in accommodations provided

Overview

A family in Boca Raton is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and flexible live-in nanny to assist with the care of their two young children, ages 3 months and 21 months. This role will primarily support both children initially, with a shift in responsibilities as the older child begins school. The family values a collaborative environment and is looking for someone who can integrate well into an existing network of caregivers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive care for both the infant and toddler as needed

  • Support daily routines, including feeding, naps, and developmental play

  • Help maintain a clean and organized environment, including unloading the dishwasher, doing laundry, and light tidying

  • Pitch in as needed with an “all hands on deck” mindset

  • Collaborate with other caregivers and be an active, communicative team player

  • Adapt to the family’s needs and provide flexible support as routines evolve

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced with both infants and toddlers

  • Warm, dependable, and proactive

  • A true team player who works well within a network of caregivers

  • Comfortable “wearing many hats” and stepping in wherever needed

  • Flexible and willing to adjust as the family’s needs change

  • Organized and comfortable maintaining structure and routines
