Nanny / Family Assistant- Franklin, MA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and caring Nanny / Family Assistant in Franklin, MA to support our family during weekday afternoons!

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 25

Children:
Two children, ages 4 and 6

Compensation:
$30–$32 per hour

Benefits:

Childcare Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage with two children

  • Assist with after-school routines

  • Plan fun, age-appropriate activities

  • Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment

Family Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Family laundry

  • Light household organization and tidying

  • Helping keep the home running smoothly

  • General household support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3-5 professional references
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years of age too apply!
