Overview / About the Family:

A private family is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations across multiple residences and the family's commercial office space. This is a leadership role for someone who has managed a household team before and is comfortable wearing many hats, from executive-level oversight to hands-on errands.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage housekeeping standards and staff across multiple family residences
  • Maintain the family's commercial/office space to the same high standard as the residences
  • Run light errands as needed (tailor pickups, grocery runs, and similar tasks)
  • Meet with vendors on behalf of the family when necessary
  • Ensure consistency, organization, and discretion across all properties
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Household Manager, or in a housekeeping leadership/supervisory role
  • Residential household experience required (commercial-only experience not sufficient on its own)
  • Comfortable managing responsibilities across multiple properties
  • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Comfortable running errands independently
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to provide 3-5 professional references
  • NDA will be signed as a condition of employment
