Nanny Position (Old Bridge, NJ)
Location: Old Bridge, NJ
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour
Commitment: Part-time, long-term, live-out
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–8:00 am; approximately 11–15 shifts per month, with schedule provided in advance
Guaranteed Hours: 10 hours per week

Position Overview
A family is seeking an experienced, reliable part-time nanny to support their weekday mornings. The role centers on getting three young children — ages 8 months, 2, and 3 — up, dressed, fed, and delivered to daycare on time. The family is also looking for someone who can provide additional coverage when a child is unwell and unable to attend daycare. This is a long-term, live-out position, and the family values consistency and longevity in a caregiver.

Responsibilities
- Morning care for three children, ages 8 months, 2, and 3
- Waking, dressing, and preparing children for the day
- Preparing and serving breakfast
- Packing daycare bags and any needed items
- Driving children to daycare
- Providing care at home when a child is sick and unable to attend daycare
- Light tidying related to the children's morning routine
Requirements
- Professional childcare experience, including with infants and toddlers
- Comfortable managing three young children simultaneously during a fast-paced morning routine
- Valid driver's license, and own reliable vehicle (parking available)
- Punctual and dependable, with consistent early-morning availability
- Seeking a long-term commitment
- Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
