Position Overview

A warm, low-key family in Hanover, New Hampshire is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to care for their infant son, who will be approximately six months old at the start date. This is a nurturing-first role: the family's highest priority is finding someone who will love and care for their child as their own. One parent's schedule includes long shifts and frequent overnights, so the nanny will be a consistent, central presence in the baby's daily life. The other parent is home for morning and evening care, and the two will share the day in a natural handoff rhythm. The household is relaxed and easygoing, with a well-behaved springer spaniel who is part of the family. The family is looking for a long-term partnership with the right person.

  • Establishing and maintaining consistent nap and sleep routines
  • Assisting with bedtime routine alongside a parent
