                    Prospect Research Associate
 
About the Role:
The Rescue Mission of Trenton is seeking a  Prospect Research Associate who will be responsible for the reporting, analysis and coordination of the organization’s donor database, ensuring accurate data, timely reporting, and actionable prospect insights. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage DonorPerfect and ensure accurate donor data.
  • Process gifts, pledges, and adjustments.
  • Produce routine and ad hoc fundraising reports.
  • Conduct prospect research and prepare donor profiles and lists.
  • Coordinate timely donor acknowledgments.
  • Maintain data standards and documentation.
  • Support audits, reconciliations, and data requests.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with donor databases or CRM systems (DonorPerfect strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in data management, reporting, and prospect research.
  • Familiarity with wealth-screening tools and publicly available research resources.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Salary: $55,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4p
