What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing client evaluations
  • Support and oversee Medication Technicians to ensure safe medication processes
  • Maintain medication carts and emergency kits in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being; document and report changes
  • Provide education to clients and families about treatment, medications, and recovery
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings
  • Offer crisis intervention during withdrawal or periods of emotional distress
  • Uphold HIPAA and agency protocols through accurate, confidential documentation
  • Promote safety through infection control and best practice standards

What You Bring
  • Valid NJ RN license and CPR certification
  • BSN preferred
  • 5+ years of nursing experience, ideally in behavioral health or substance use treatment
  • Strong medical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health records
  • A compassionate, team oriented approach to care
Schedule & Salary
  • Full time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Rotating on-call responsibilities
  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 – $85,000
