Salesforce Implementation Consultant 

Summary of Position
As a Salesforce Implementation Consultant, you will collaborate with our strategy group and customers to customize and deploy Salesforce instances, focusing on designing and implementing tailored solutions within Salesforce for Nonprofits. Your role will involve extensive customization, development, and integration work to ensure our clients' unique needs are met.

  • Salary Range – 62K – 67K - Salary Commensurate to your Experience

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Customize and support new and existing Salesforce instances, ensuring they meet the specific needs of nonprofit organizations.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on customization and development within Salesforce for Nonprofits.
  • Work with Program Management Module (PMM) and other nonprofit-specific packages (e.g., Volunteers for Salesforce, Grant Management).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to develop data dictionaries and ERDs.
  • Migrate data from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
  • Conduct audits and evaluate existing instances before integrating them into the support cycle.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend new features and functionalities to enhance the Salesforce experience.
  • Implement and support triggered flows to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications to extend its functionality and meet client requirements.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for administrators and end-users to ensure successful adoption.
  • Document all configurations, processes, and procedures meticulously.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to customer support requests and facilitate their resolution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Implementation Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Cloud services.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in installing and configuring AppExchange Applications and Managed Packages.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce for Nonprofits.
  • Expertise in data migration best practices.
  • Experience customizing and managing Experience Cloud/Communities, force.com, or other front-end experiences in Salesforce.
  • Experience working with web development partners on custom integrations with Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Trailblazer Badges or other relevant certifications.
