As an RMM Administrator, you will work closely with our clients assisting with new technology projects and support.  

RMM Administrator
  Position Summary 
The RMM Administrator is responsible for comprehensive management and maintenance of customer operational environments including, patch and software management, automation, and overall operational effectiveness. The RMM Administrator will develop and support automation scripts, assist in maintaining the RMM environment and monitor our operational environments while serving as an escalation point for related issues. 
The RMM platform includes Kaseya VSA, LogicMonitor, Cisco Umbrella, and Liongard

  • Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000   Based On Experience

Duties and Responsibilities?
 Monitoring  
  • Primary contact for Kaseya NOC to assist in resolution of issues 
  • Monitor the network management system (Kaseya, LogicMonitor, Cisco Umbrella and Liongard) and assist with responding to issues 
  • Work with Tech Services teams, and Account Managers to address environmental issues / concerns 

Automation  
  • Work with Tech Services teams to identify, develop, and document automation opportunities 
  • Ensure automation processes are performing as expected 
  • Provide support to Tech Services teams related to scripts / automation? 
  • Develop and support reporting within the RMM platform? 
  • Perform maintenance activities to the RMM platform 
  • Assist with Managed Services client on-boarding activities
 
Software, Patch, and Compliance Management 
  • Alert leadership to any Zero-day exposures  
  • Define and manage patch/firmware release schedule 
  • Research and recommend firmware or patches to include in scheduled releases 
  • Ensure environment meets defined compliance measurements 
  • Approve patches and firmware to be deployed 
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to resolve any issues with patch/firmware installation?

Customer Service 
  • Maintain strong customer service skills when dealing with clients, vendors, and other Tech Impact partners 
 
Professional Development 
  • Improve knowledge of current and future monitoring, management, and automation technologies that may be of benefit to Tech Impact or its clients

  • Experience with Kaseya VSA a plus 
  • Experience with Cisco Umbrella a plus 
  • Experience with PowerShell, and RMM scripting 
  • Solid technical background across the entire IT Infrastructure / Managed Services stack 
  • Experience setting up a server from scratch (any OS, any purpose) 
  • Experience configuring / administering a directory server (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, etc.) 
  • Experience with cloud-based technology such as Office 365, Azure, G-Suite (Google products) 
  • Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and enjoy working in a diverse, results-oriented workplace where a premium is placed on teamwork 
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices for Service Management 
  • Sense of humor
