Locally owned, entrepreneurial driven Blue Collar Staffing Firm in Milwaukee / Southeastern Wisconsin Market is looking for a Division Manager. Primary duties include:

  • Outside sales, working with current and potential industrial clients to increase business.
  • Managing Salesperson and Recruiters.
  • Growing top and bottom line of the company.

If you have experience and relationships in the Southeastern Wisconsin Industrial Staffing market and want the opportunity to run your own show, we would like to talk with you. Compensation consists of:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000.
  • Sales commission on your sales.
  • Bottom line bonus (% of the net profit for your Division).
  • Earn six figures with no cap on your earning potential.
