A fast-growing, dynamic commercial concrete company in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team! This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, great benefits, and the chance to grow with a company on the rise.

Position Highlights:

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (Company pays 50% of employee benefits)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate concrete take-offs and estimates using On-Screen Takeoff software

• Manage concrete construction projects focused on Tilt-Up Wall and Slab Construction

• Oversee submittal tracking and documentation processes

• Provide direct supervision to Project Superintendents

• Manage bidding processes for projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the concrete industry

• Proven experience managing and estimating Tilt-Up Wall and Slab construction projects

• Strong proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff estimating software

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work flexible hours – typically 7:00 AM until completion of daily tasks

• Self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks

• Positive demeanor, punctuality, and a “go above and beyond” mentality are a must
